I have the following Swisher information:
Caspar Schweitzer Swisher, father of Anthony Schweitzer Swisher, b. abt 1745, d. 1825. Anthony came to America from Rotterdam, The Netherlands, by way of Cowes, England in 1735. Is listed on the Tax List for Huntington Township, York County, PA in 1762 (Adams County formed from York County in 1800).
Children of Anthony and Elizabeth Adams include:
William, b. abt 1772, married Ann, moved to Kentucky before going to Preble County, OH.
Jesse, b. Mar 25, 1774, d. Feb 6 1860 in W.Lebanon, IN
Hannah
Ann married to William Leas
Mary married to George Pence.
