Will, Book T, pg 56, dtd. 4 Oct 1836, probated 19 Oct 1846. Source of info: Doris M. Leas, wife of Fred L. Leas, states in ltr to DFB of 24 Jan 1992 that she has in her possession in East Berlin, PA, many wills, deeds, surveys and letters concerning the Leas families. Fred descends from John and Hannah, Leonard and Lovice, John, James, Nathaniel and Paul.

John married Sarah Jacobs. (Sarah Jacobs was born on 30 Oct 1784, died on 30 Oct 1867 and was buried in Lower Bermudian Lutheran Church Cemetery, Latimore, Adams County, Pennsylvania, USA ².)
