LaGrange, Ind.; Candus Marie KENNEDY, 98, Country Side Apartments, died Dec. 22, 1987, at the LaGrange Hospital.
She was born May 28, 1889, in Hudson, a daughter of John and Lydia (FREDERICK) LEAS.
On March 21, 1917, she married Valentine E. KENNEDY in Waterloo. He died in 1974.
She was a member of the LaGrange United Methodist Church the Church Circle.
Surviving are two sons, John KENNEDY, LaGrange and Maurice KENNEDY, Carthage, Ill., one daughter-in-law; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Lloyd, in 1985 and Alfred in 1960.
Relatives and friends may call from 9-11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Carney-Frost Funeral Home, LaGrange, where services are at 11:30 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Vaughn E. Powell will officiate. Burial will be in Circle Cemetery, Hudson.
Memorials may be directed to the LaGrange United Methodist Church Building Fund.
