Estate: WRIT OF PARTITION Estate of Ursula Wilson, Dec'd. Indiana County, S.S.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the sheriff of Indiana County greeting, Whereas, at an Orphan's Court held at Indiana, in and for said county, on the 5th day of April, 1886, before the Honorable Harry White, President Judge of the same Court. The petition of E.L. Baker, Committee of Reuben Kough, a brother of Ursula Wilson late of Centre twp, in the county aforesaid, deceased, humbly showeth that Ursula Wilson lately died, leaving to survive her a husband, David Wilson, since deceased and having devised by her last will and testament October 10, 1866, a certain tract of land to her three brothers, John Kouch, Lease Kouch and Reuben Kouch, and her nephew Edward Kouch, to be equally divided among them. That Leon Kough is dead and left surviving him children, the names and number to your petitioner being unknown. That said deceased was siezed in her demense as of fee, of and in a certain tract of land situate in the township of Center, in said county, bounded and described as follows, to wit; on the east by lands of Alex. Mitchell, on the south by land of Joseph Barclay, on the west by Peter Harold and James Johnston, containing ninety acres, with appurtenances.
NOTICE TO HEIRS
In pursuance of an order of the Orphan's Court of Indiana county, and to medirected, an inquisition and partition, will be held on the real estate of the said Ursula Wilson, situate in Centre township, Indiana county, Pa, Monday, the 31st day of May, 1886, at 10 o'clock a.m., when and where you may attend if you see proper.
