Leon Roach, 85 years young, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on January 22nd, 2016 at Brookside Village in Jasper, Indiana.
He was born in Martin County, Indiana on April 11th, 1930 to Napoleon "Poe" and Mary (Qualkenbush) Roach.
Leon married Anita Baker on January 28th, 1950 and she survives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, (5) Brothers \endash Ralph Wininger, Harold Roach, Howard Roach, Leo Roach and Dale Roach; (4) Sisters \endash Edith Westerlund, Velma Quinn, Violet Moore and Mabel Daughtery.
Leon graduated from Shoals High School with the Class of 1949, was a member of the Cane Creek Christian Church and was the Owner/Operator of Roach's General Store in Hillham for over 33 years. He enjoyed farming and was also a school bus driver for 33 years.
Leon served his country in the United States Army as a Technical Sergeant with the 2nd Division during the Korean War.

(5) Grandchildren Kelsey Roach, Brock Roach, Lauren Roach, Braxton Roach and Allison Roach
FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral ceremony will be conducted by Rev. Wayne Neeley on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cane Creek Christian Church in French Lick. Interment will follow in the Cane Creek Cemetery in French Lick, Indiana.
VISITATION
Friends may call Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Cane Creek Christian Church or Cemetery Fund, 4932 South County Road 1175 West, French Lick, Indiana 47432.
