From Antrim's History of Champaign and Logan Counties:

Stephen Leas and Haines Parker settled in the Lazy Hollow school district, perhaps as early as 1812, the former about three and a half miles north of Zanesfield, on the west of Madriver, and the latter on the north of him, on the farm known as the Elliot farm, but now owned by Benjamin Shoots. 2
