She died at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Edwin and Mary Leas. She had been living with them. She was very crippled with arthritis, her fingers almost sideways. Rev Warren Shoemaker of Price's Creek Church of the Brethern was the officiating clergyman for her funeral.
