John Timothy Leas who was born in Steuben County, IN and Mary May Norman who was born in Wyandott County, OH.

This was in the Book- Co. 1882, Page 71, dated in 1890.

• Residence: US Census, 1900, Hudson, Salem Twp., Steuben Co., IN.

• Residence: US Census, 1920, Steuben Co, IN. Age 62 and living with his son Ward.

John married Mary May Norman, daughter of John Norman and Rachel W. Meek, on 28 Dec 1882 in Hudson, Steuben Co., IN.^{1 2} (Mary May Norman was born on 18 Feb 1858 in Wyandottte County, Ohio,⁴ died on 29 Jun 1916 in Ashley, Dekalb Co, IN ¹ and was buried in Circle Cem, Hudson, Steuben Co, IN ¹.)
